ABOUT ME

Hello! Thanks for visiting my site. I'm Michelle (she, her, hers).

I have a BA in English and Psychology and a MS in Special Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. I also attended the University of North Texas, where I earned a MS in Counseling.

I believe that lived experience can bring depth to the therapeutic relationship. I bring the wisdom and empathy from my own experiences in recovery and as a late-diagnosed AuDHD'er with me into the therapy room.

I live on the outskirts of Houston, Texas, and I have a "Rat Russel Chi-Weenie" named Radar. You might see him during sessions.

I enjoy reading, fiber arts, and riding my bike. I'm relearning how to roller blade, and I play clarinet with the Houston Pride Band.
